This Privacy Policy explains how Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC (“EthosM2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through stayfocas.com and the FOCAS Growth Framework™ materials, tools and forms published on it.
stayfocas.com is operated by EthosM2. This policy follows the same commitments as the EthosM2 privacy policy and applies them to this site specifically.

Information you provide
- Contact and enquiry details — name, email address, phone number, company name and anything else you choose to include when you contact us, book a call, or send a message through the chat widget.
- Visibility audit requests — when you request a free AI Visibility Audit we collect your name, email, and the business name and address you want us to analyse. We use publicly available data about that business to produce the report.
- Resource downloads and subscriptions — the email address you provide to receive a guide, checklist, or updates.

- Usage and device data — pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through website analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep the site working, measure traffic, and measure the performance of our own marketing.

Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. When it is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to ask us to stop sending you marketing communications. Email info@stayfocas.com and we will act on your request.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Data security
We use current, industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are intended for business owners and operators. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
