These Terms of Service govern your use of stayfocas.com, operated by Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC (“EthosM2,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are adapted from the EthosM2 Terms and Conditions and apply to this site and the FOCAS Growth Framework™ materials published on it.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC. By accessing or using this website, its resources, its free tools, or any related subdomain, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. What this site is
stayfocas.com is an informational and lead-generation website. It publishes the FOCAS Growth Framework™, explains the five stages of the framework, and offers free diagnostic tools and resources.
No product or subscription is sold on this site. Where you choose to purchase a service, you are directed to the property that delivers it — FOCAS AMS, EM2-BOS, INTENTIVE™, Catalyst Pro, or another EthosM2 property. The terms published on that property govern that purchase, including its own payment, renewal, refund and cancellation terms. Nothing on this site overrides them.
3. Free tools, audits and resources
We offer a free AI Visibility Audit and other diagnostic resources. These are provided for information only.
- Reports are generated from publicly available data at the time of the request and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Search engines, AI assistants and map results change constantly and are controlled by third parties.
- We do not guarantee any particular ranking, placement, citation, traffic level or business result from a free audit or from any material published on this site.
- A report is not professional, legal, financial or accounting advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information. Provide accurate and complete information when you contact us, request an audit, or register for anything, and keep it up to date.
- Account credentials. Where you hold credentials for any service we provide, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under them.
- Content you submit. You confirm you own any material you send us or hold the licences and permissions needed for us to use it.
- Lawful use. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to promote hate speech, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property.
5. Intellectual property
All content on stayfocas.com — including text, graphics, logos, video, diagrams, the framework structure, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property law.
FOCAS Growth Framework™, FOCAS AMS, EM2-BOS™, INTENTIVE™ and Catalyst Pro are marks of Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC.
You may read, share and link to this content. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute or sublicense it, or present the framework as your own, without our prior written consent.
Where we deliver paid work to a client, ownership of that work transfers on full payment under the terms of the agreement covering it. We retain the right to show completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us for the purposes of a project or an audit is treated as confidential. In turn, you agree to keep confidential any proprietary process, methodology or technology we disclose to you.
7. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party services, including video, chat, booking and analytics tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its free resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to provide quality information, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations, and we make no warranty as to results obtained from using it.
9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three-month period preceding the claim.

12. Dispute resolution
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Mediation and arbitration. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of this site must first be submitted to mediation and, if unresolved, to binding arbitration.
Time limit. Any claim against Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it.
13. General
Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC regarding your use of this site.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
