The fear is overpromoting before a hard open date. We document now and hold release until the trailer cadence opens — teaser at six months, trailer at six weeks, fast press at two weeks. Pipeline filled, no premature reveal.

In exchange: I serve as executive liaison / sales front and semi-buffer to you and Zach when it helps — qualifying inbound, hosting initial conversations, freeing your time for the work that needs you.

Top-3 right of first refusal
First call on dark studio days — up to three per month — for still photography and lobby media wall work (executive interviews, EPK production). Lets Ethos build production / event lead relationships in parallel and bring our roster into your space.

Build an inside multi-tiered executive
Hands-on training with Optic8 and the tech vendors to build and execute virtual set design end-to-end. The point isn't fluency for marketing — it's building an inside multi-tiered executive who extends the arms of the co-founders. Creative, technical, sales, management. Real work off your plate, not commentary from the outside.

Once doors open, Ethos serves as the in-house social media content lead for RVP — leveraging our Media Pipeline system. Activates at Phase 4 / launch.

Ready when you are.

This SOW is valid for 30 days. Sign-off on Phase 1 alone is enough to start — the remaining phases activate as each prior phase completes. The remaining nine days deliver the kickoff session, the working calendar live with confirmed events loaded, the PG County groundbreaking captured to brief, and the first drafts of ICP definitions, vocabulary, and voice spec.
Day one, after sign
$1,500 deposit invoiced. Phase 1 kickoff session scheduled. Working calendar opens this week. The groundbreaking is the first asset in the vault.
